Terms and conditions:
Up to 6 additional guests can be added for an additional cost of $300++ per person. Winners have 12 months from the event date to confirm their reservation and up to 24 months from the event date to travel. Subject to availability and blackout dates for all major holidays. Nights must be used during one stay. Transportation to and from the Chateau (including air and ground) is not included. Stays during cooler months where heating is utilized will incur a €150/day fee. Stays are non-transferable within 90 days of travel. Reservations are subject to availability and major holidays. Must be booked at least 60 days in advance of travel. May be subject to a refundable damage deposit to be paid by the winner.In the rare event that a package or experience becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control—including force majeure, property damage, change of ownership, or operational changes—Charity Ace reserves the right to substitute a comparable experience of equal or greater value.
