Key West, Florida
Step into the Lavender Jungle and instantly feel at ease. Located in the desirable Truman Annex, one of Key West’s most attractive, quiet, and convenient neighborhoods, this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath first-floor condo in the Shipyard section blends island comfort with unique style. Lavender-toned walls and African artwork give the space its distinctive character.
Perfect for guests who prefer no stairs, the condo features a queen bedroom and a guest room with two twin beds positioned on either side of a full bathroom. The recently renovated, well-equipped kitchen makes dining in easy, while Key West’s incredible restaurants are just moments away. Outside, enjoy a private brick patio with grill, ideal for relaxing evenings under the palms.
Set within the lush, gated Truman Annex community in Old Town, you’ll be within easy walking distance of everything Key West offers—Duval Street, Mallory Square’s sunset celebration, galleries, shops, and Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, home to one of the island’s best beaches.
