Board Advisor

Patty Chapman is originally from Chicago, Illinois, and several years ago retired full-time to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, with her husband, Larry. They were captivated by the area’s vast open spaces, breathtaking beauty, diverse wildlife, and their shared passions for fly fishing, skiing, snowshoeing, trail riding, and hiking. Their sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, extended family, and friends are delighted to visit them frequently.

Patty’s academic journey began at the University of Arizona, where she earned degrees in Psychology. She had the privilege of working in the psychology department of a children’s hospital, where she had the opportunity to collaborate with the renowned Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, author of the seminal work On Death and Dying. Patty also spent several years in the travel industry, where she established and operated a custom travel business.

Currently, Patty serves on the Board of Trustees of CMA2, a distinguished international art mosaic organization comprising more than 2,000 members worldwide. Her mosaic artwork has been featured in numerous juried shows and exhibitions throughout the country.

Patty is also actively involved as a Board member and volunteer with Jackson Hole Therapeutic Riding, where she is able to seamlessly combine her passions and background while contributing to an extraordinary organization.
